What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, priorities, and roadmaps for the Scale-Up Suite™ software portfolio.
• Manage the complete software product lifecycle from concept through release and continuous improvement.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog and translate customer and business requirements into user stories and development plans.
• Collaborate with customers, commercial teams, subject matter experts, and software developers.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to guide product enhancements.
• Travel worldwide as required, up to 15%.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing competing requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in a SaaS or software-driven business environment.
• Experience with technical or scientific software products.
