Product Manager (Payments)

What you will do

• Manage product launch strategies in line with project playbooks and primary success measures.
• Participate actively in assigned Product Release Teams.
• Define the operational and systems requirements of cross-functional teams involved in launches.
• Partner with operations leadership to identify project requirements and recommend strategies, processes, and solutions.
• Create operational process and workflow documentation.
• Work with sales leadership to prepare sales-readiness materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant training and experience.
• Background in business or computer science.
• Typically 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with business product services and/or external customer or market-facing work.

Nice to have

• Experience in a software development environment or professional services role.
• Software or IT background.
• Direct experience with software development, testing, or business analysis.
• Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodologies.
