Specialist Product Manager / Agile Product Owner (Financial Services)

Location: Limerick, Ireland; full-time, onsite

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and client outcomes.
• Translate product vision and business strategy into actionable backlog items, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, accept or reject completed work, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Align product roadmaps with enterprise priorities, client commitments, funding, regulatory requirements, and risk expectations.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, clients, Product Executives, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Business Analysis, and Technology.
• Support product launches through regulatory approvals, marketing materials, sales presentations, operational readiness training, and post-launch performance analysis.

Requirements

• Extensive multidisciplinary technical and/or business expertise with functional knowledge in multiple product or business areas.
• Strong understanding of client needs and their impact on product development roadmaps.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of business strategy development, long-term planning, profitability, and performance management.
• Leadership and organizational skills to define business-unit goals, allocate resources, and develop staff capabilities.
• Must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment; employment permit sponsorship is not available.
