FVP, Director of Business Management, Consumer Bank (Fintech)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year, plus discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 12.5% each.

What you will do

• Advise consumer banking leaders on performance optimization, risks, and strategic initiatives.
• Own business reviews, cross-functional forums, and executive reporting rhythms.
• Align product, marketing, lending, deposits, risk, and operations around shared performance metrics.
• Track initiative progress and hold partners accountable for performance commitments.
• Monitor trends, identify material drivers, and escalate risks to consumer bank leadership.
• Translate performance data into decision-ready executive narratives and facilitate senior-level reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or business operations.
• Experience in financial services or a high-growth consumer business is preferred.
• Experience managing business reviews, forums, initiative tracking, and executive reporting.
• Strong data fluency, business acumen, communication, and cross-functional alignment skills.
