Legal Engineer - Public Sector (Legal AI): Building and configuring AI-powered legal workflows and Libra Assistants for public-sector legal use cases with an accent on legal reasoning, structured data, prompts, and client-specific automation. Focus on analyzing public tender requirements, adapting AI solutions to legal documents and research workflows, and improving prompt quality, accuracy, and domain coverage.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid with at least eight days per month in the office
Company
’s Legal & Regulatory Division develops Libra, an AI platform for legal research, drafting, and legal workflow automation.
What you will do
- Design, test, and configure AI-powered legal workflows and Libra Assistants across key legal domains.
- Analyze public tender requirements and translate client use cases into tailored solutions.
- Work directly with law firms and corporate legal departments on pilots and proof-of-concepts.
- Convert legal expertise into structured data, prompts, and workflows that produce accurate, legally robust outputs.
- Create Libra Academy content and learning materials to support customer adoption.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on prompt quality, accuracy, domain coverage, and roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in the public sector.
- Strong interest in technology, AI, legal innovation, and workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and legal stakeholders in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Advanced or fluent Polish and professional English.
Nice to have
- Experience in legal tech, product management, or automation projects.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments and agile methodologies.
