TL;DR
Data Privacy Analyst (AI and Global Privacy Compliance): Conducting privacy and AI impact assessments and maintaining processing records for a global electrical distribution systems company with an accent on GDPR, the EU AI Act, and operational privacy management. Focus on mapping data, resolving business privacy queries, supporting incident response and data subject requests, and improving privacy processes.
Location: Krakow, Poland. Hybrid work with a minimum of 47 remote days per year and flexible working hours.

What you will do
- Conduct Privacy and AI Impact Assessments in OneTrust, including Legitimate Interest Assessments and Transfer Impact Assessments.
- Support compliance with global privacy and AI regulations, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, LGPD, and CCPA/CPRA.
- Help business teams complete privacy assessments and resolve privacy-related questions.
- Maintain Records of Processing Activities, data mappings, and data quality improvements.
- Deliver privacy expertise, awareness, and training while supporting daily privacy operations.
- Assist with incident response, Data Subject Access Requests, global privacy program implementation, research, and process improvement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant data privacy experience.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and business analysis skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Degree-level education is preferred.
Nice to have
- Privacy certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT.
- Experience with OneTrust or similar privacy management tools.
