Site Contract Negotiator (Clinical Trials)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid or home-based work

Salary: PLN 105,900–280,700 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Negotiate clinical trial contracts and budgets with investigative sites and sponsors.
• Support study start-up activities and help accelerate clinical trial activation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across sites, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
• Review regulatory documentation and apply Polish clinical trial regulations.
• Manage multiple priorities and resolve contractual or process-related issues in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Law.
• At least 3 years of clinical research or legal experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory documentation in Poland.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating clinical trial contracts and budgets.
• Working knowledge of clinical trial systems.
• Legal background.
