What you will do
- Design, implement, and oversee a risk-based compliance program aligned with EU regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments (MiCAR, EMD II, DORA, AMLDs) and perform impact assessments.
- Review and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Identify and address compliance-related risks, including regulatory, ML, TF, and sanctions exposure.
- Coordinate yearly Enterprise Risk Assessments and SIRA in collaboration with the Risk department.
- Provide organization-wide training on ethics, integrity, and financial crime prevention.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in compliance-related business functions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial services regulations such as MiFID II, MiCAR, or electronic money/payment service directives.
- Excellent report-writing and policy-drafting capabilities.
- Ability to execute multi-functional assignments requiring in-depth compliance analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Keen interest in digital currencies or related work experience.

- Experience in a regulated exchange, EMI, CASP, or payment institution.
