Research & Development Graduate Intern (Gene-Modified Cell Therapy)

Salary: $35.00–$38.00 per hour, depending on education level

What you will do

• Collaborate with scientists and engineers on research and development activities.
• Assist with experimental design, execution, and data analysis.
• Support cell-based application development and workflow optimization.
• Gain exposure to cell culture, gene modification workflows, vector design and analysis, and cell-based assay development.
• Participate in scientific problem solving and technical reporting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master's or PhD degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, molecular biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Laboratory experience through coursework, undergraduate or graduate research, or internships.
• Working knowledge of statistical methods and design of experiments.
• Basic knowledge of good laboratory practices and scientific methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to mammalian cell culture, molecular biology, gene modification technologies, vector design or analysis, cell-based assays, or scientific data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
