Operations Associate Analyst (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Provide operational support for Guided Wealth Portfolios, Model Wealth Portfolios, Optimum Market Portfolios, Personal Wealth Portfolios, and Separately Managed Accounts.
• Process advisor-driven requests accurately across multiple platforms within service-level agreements.
• Coordinate between Overlay Service, Overlay Operations, and internal business partners.
• Support quality control, inquiry resolution, escalations, system enhancements, and testing.
• Review and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Maintain policy and procedure documents and serve as a subject matter expert in at least one area of overlay products, trading processes, or regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of operations experience, preferably in financial services.
• Required experience with MS Office, Beta, Siebel, ClientWorks, and the Move Money Tool.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to comply with regulatory requirements and adapt to regulatory changes.

Nice to have

• Progress toward SIE licensing or interest in obtaining the license.
• Experience supporting managed accounts or advisory platforms.
