Financial Operations Services Analyst - Leadership Excellence Analyst Program

Location: In office at 800 Prides Crossing, Newark, Delaware, US 19713

Starting base salary: $24.46–$36.69 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Complete three six-month rotations across Chief Operating Office operations and servicing teams.
• Support operations and client or colleague services across Commercial Banking, Personal and Business Banking, Private Bank and Wealth Management, and Entertainment and Sports Banking.
• Gain hands-on experience in trading support, new accounts, payments, client service, risk, controls, and strategy.
• Work cross-functionally on short- and long-term projects focused on growth and operational efficiency.
• Use data, analytics, automation, and agile delivery practices to identify process improvements and develop business solutions.
• Build knowledge of banking systems, risk management frameworks, internal controls, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Leadership, project coordination, relationship-building, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, and business acumen.
• Career interest in banking is preferred.
