BIS - Financial Services Operations Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support trading and servicing for investment management advisors and clients across entertainment, personal, business, and private banking.
• Provide transaction and processing support for Zelle, wires, checks, ACH, real-time payments, debit cards, credit cards, and bill pay.
• Support client onboarding, client maintenance, and client statements.
• Provide fraud, risk, and control coverage across business processes, working with internal audit and second-line risk teams.
• Work cross-functionally on short- and long-term projects focused on growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify process improvements and develop business solutions and recommendations using banking systems, risk management principles, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in a career in banking is preferred.
