Client Service Operations Analyst (Investment Management)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance 4 days per week and remote work 1 day per week.

Base salary: USD 90,000–180,000 per year, plus potential bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide operational support and solutions to client teams by analyzing and resolving complex issues.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, custodians, Global Operations, Trading, Portfolio Implementation, and other global teams.
• Support sovereign, pension, insurance, and sub-advisory client types across specific geographies.
• Develop operational solutions, policies, and procedures for existing and new products and services.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and operational risk management.
• Build knowledge across investment strategies and market operations while using enterprise technology tools to improve client support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in investment management, asset servicing, or custodian banking.
• Strong understanding of capital market operations and related regulatory requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Organized, self-starting approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to use regional expertise and language skills where applicable to support Americas client regulatory expectations and market practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with productivity and low-code tools such as Copilot, Power Automate, Python, High Gear, or Alteryx.
