Senior Project Manager (Logistics & Supply Chain)

Location: United Kingdom office presence is referenced through the Leavesden office and shuttlebus service from Watford station; willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

What you will do

• Lead strategic, cross-functional logistics, supply chain, and operational change projects from concept through delivery and handover.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success measures, governance, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate operations, IT, finance, procurement, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, KPIs, benefits, risks, compliance, supplier performance, and overall project delivery.
• Present recommendations, updates, and escalations to senior leadership and steering groups.
• Support operational transition, continuous improvement, project controls, documentation, and coaching for Project Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior project management experience, including leadership of large-scale logistics projects.
• Strong financial management, risk management, presentation, reporting, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
• Experience in logistics, ecommerce, or supply chain.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• APM, PRINCE2, or a similar project management certification.
