Senior Manager, Supply Chain Program Management

Location: Logistics Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation

What you will do

• Execute fulfillment center capital projects from approved funding through launch.
• Develop detailed project plans, align stakeholders, manage milestones, and track delivery against scope, schedule, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Automation Engineering, Construction and Engineering partners, and Global Tech.
• Provide monthly status reports to fulfillment leadership, including SVP-level audiences.
• Present risks, decisions, trade-offs, and recommended solutions when constraints or disruptions arise.
• Influence cross-functional partners and drive execution without direct authority.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of project management experience, or a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 6 years of relevant logistics, distribution, or transportation experience.
• Experience working in or closely with Construction or Engineering teams in a project management capacity.
• Experience supporting automation or fulfillment center warehouse initiatives.
• Strong critical thinking, structured problem solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with budget management, forecasting, and portfolio reporting.
• Two years of experience with advanced Microsoft Office functionality.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in dispatch, fleet management, network analysis, or retail logistics operations.
• Master's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Project Management Professional or Six Sigma certification.
