Project Management Office (PMO) Manager / Strategic Project Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
• Manage enterprise technology implementations, including a data warehouse and ERP transition.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, data teams, technology partners, and external vendors through requirements gathering, testing, training, and change management.
• Own the enterprise product milestone calendar across merchandising, sourcing, product development, marketing, and operations.
• Establish PMO standards, governance processes, prioritization frameworks, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Provide executive reporting, identify risks and dependencies, and drive issue resolution and stakeholder accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information systems, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional business initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise technology implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management approaches.
• Strong executive presentation, dashboard, status reporting, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing data platforms, BI solutions, data warehouses, or analytics capabilities.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, merchandising, supply chain, or consumer goods.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience building or leading a PMO function.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
