Strategy Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Assess market opportunities and define the growth roadmap for Finland.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to drive business performance.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager to implement strategic plans.
• Monitor key business metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of projects.
• Fluent in English (Finnish is considered a bonus).
• Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Start-up or scale-up experience.
• Proficiency in Finnish.
