Salary: $137,200–$453,700 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Identify, source, and shape new business opportunities by connecting hirify.global analytics capabilities with biopharma client needs.
• Lead proposal and RFP processes, pipeline planning, client engagement strategies, and account growth planning.
• Build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor on brand, market, and competitive challenges.
• Translate client business questions into analytic frameworks and guide solution design, project direction, and delivery quality.
• Oversee client deliverables, lead presentations, and communicate actionable recommendations.
• Set direction for insights teams while coaching and mentoring a collaborative, high-performance team.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, or another quantitative field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience in management consulting, data analytics, or similar roles in biopharma.
• Experience selling, managing, and delivering client projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, analytical methods, and commercial practice areas in biopharma.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong critical-thinking, structured problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
