Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $240,000–$360,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own senior-level client relationships, lead executive discussions, and oversee presentations, technology deployments, project implementation, and delivery quality.
• Identify new opportunities, respond to RFPs, develop proposals, and expand analytics services across existing and new clients.
• Generate at least $3–$5 million in annual revenue and oversee a $5–$10 million or larger book of business.
• Set delivery visions and execution plans while maintaining accountability for project and client success.
• Build, coach, mentor, and develop analytics teams and future leaders.
• Lead internal capability development, staff training, standards, best practices, and other company development initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years as a top performer in a top-tier biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical strategy consulting firm, and/or relevant omnichannel or digital transformation experience in pharma and biotech.
• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience with advanced consulting methodologies, technology-enabled solutions, and real-world data.
• Experience applying advanced analytics, industry datasets, AI and technology solutions, omnichannel optimization, marketing mix, performance analytics, and reporting.
• Proven record of successful, continued business development and strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under deadline pressure; proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
