Event Coordinator (Hospitality)

Location: Johnson City, NY, United States; on-site event coordination and site tours are required.

Salary: $18.50–$21 per hour

What you will do

• Support the sales department with event administration, confirmation calls, emails, and task follow-up.
• Handle requests for social events and convert inquiries into closed business.
• Conduct site tours and coordinate event details with hosts, Operations, management, and sales staff.
• Distribute paperwork for pop-up parties and communicate staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate BEOs and signed contracts, including updates after event changes.
• Follow up on accounts receivable, collect payment information, close balances, submit invoices, and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Clear English reading and communication skills are required.
• Strong organization and verbal communication skills.
• Effective communication with guests, the Sales Team, Operations, and Management.
• Good decision-making skills and the ability to analyze basic data.
• Ability to communicate guest needs clearly and coordinate multiple event details.
