Facilities Manager, NY Metro (Retail Facilities)

Location: HQ in Williamsburg, Brooklyn; 100% on-site across seven New York Metro retail and food-and-beverage locations

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee daily facilities operations and preventive maintenance across seven New York locations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, flooring, fixtures, and restaurant equipment.
• Conduct site walkthroughs, maintain service request records, and coordinate emergency repairs with minimal disruption to store operations.
• Source, vet, and manage vendors and contractors, including work orders, service agreements, quality standards, and cost accountability.
• Support store improvements, renovations, refreshes, and new build-outs while tracking timelines, punch lists, and contractor deliverables.
• Manage safety inspections, fire system testing, emergency equipment checks, permits, warranties, and service documentation.
• Manage the facilities budget, report on KPIs and vendor performance, and partner with store leadership, Security, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Store Expansion teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of facilities management or building operations experience, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or multi-site environments.
• Working knowledge of New York building codes, fire safety compliance, health and safety requirements, and ADA standards.
• Experience managing multiple sites, vendors, contractors, work orders, and facilities management software.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, kitchen equipment, and general building mechanics.
• Experience supporting capital projects or retail and food-and-beverage construction phases.
• Open and flexible availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and regular travel between locations.

• CFM or FMP designation.
