Real Estate Analyst - Carolina's (Retail)

Location: Remote; candidates must be based in North Carolina or South Carolina

hirify.global is a large retail company focused on operating and expanding a chain of value-oriented stores.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic real estate market plans across the assigned territory.
• Identify new store locations and existing store repositioning opportunities.
• Coordinate with brokers, construction, design, facilities, finance, asset management, operations, and legal counsel throughout the store lifecycle.
• Manage multiple letters of intent and lease negotiations while supporting store growth targets.
• Prepare site approval packages, letters of intent, financial reports, and analysis for monthly Real Estate Committee meetings.
• Conduct field tours, maintain developer relationships, travel frequently within the territory, and present proposed opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail real estate.
• At least 1 year of experience in market planning, site selection, and deal negotiation.
• Experience managing local brokers, outside legal counsel, and other third-party service providers.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
• Must be able to travel frequently and be based in North Carolina or South Carolina.
