Valuation Specialist (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the local office in Arkansas, United States

Compensation: 100% commission, typically participating in a 35–50% commission split based on production levels; annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute commercial real estate valuation and appraisal assignments.
• Prepare thorough valuation reports and assist with presenting analysis clearly and concisely.
• Communicate with clients, strengthen existing relationships, and originate new client relationships.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic and demographic trends.
• Collaborate with team members across geographies to deliver client results.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of related work experience with a commercial real estate background.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
