What you will do

• Complete BPO reports using the proprietary valuation platform.
• Review properties and apply knowledge of local neighborhoods, pricing trends, and market conditions.
• Deliver accurate reports on time.
• Maintain an active real estate license and any state-required BPO credentials.

Requirements

• Active real estate license and any required BPO credentials.
• At least 2 years of experience with BPOs, CMAs, or residential pricing.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn a new platform.
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-through on deadlines.
