Commercial Analytics Senior Associate (Biotech)

What you will do

• Design and execute secondary data analytics to support strategic commercial decision-making.
• Integrate HCP, account-level demand, claims, electronic medical records, and specialty pharmacy data to assess brand performance.
• Generate insights, synthesize findings, and develop strategic and tactical recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build relationships with global brand leads and collaborate across the GCCI organization.
• Manage external vendor relationships and coordinate analytics execution and results readouts.
• Research and implement new analytical tools, methodologies, and data sources.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in pharma or biotech sales and marketing operations, finance, analytics, or reporting; equivalent pathways include a relevant master's degree with 3 years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
• University degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare, or a related field.
• Fluent English required in written and oral communication.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Problem-solving, customer-focus, result orientation, and time and process management skills.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and compile data and communicate complex findings.

Nice to have

• Experience with secondary data analysis, data integration, research, dashboarding, and reporting.
• Strong analysis, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience defining business problems and translating them into action plans and recommendations.
• Ability to improve analytical methodologies and standard processes.
