What you will do

• Lead commercial insights and forecasting for oncology brands across Europe, Canada, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
• Oversee primary market research, secondary analytics, product forecasts, and brand performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain regional patient-based forecasting models and support affiliate adoption.
• Connect marketing assumptions with sales performance metrics and targets.
• Translate market research findings and multiple data sources into practical recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Research and implement innovative analytics tools, including AI and ML solutions.

Requirements

• Doctorate, bachelor's, or master's degree with experience in pharmaceutical market analysis or business planning.
• Fluent English with excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business questions into research plans and synthesize multiple data sources.
• Experience in a therapeutic area and in creating or managing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Expertise in market analysis, forecasting models, qualitative competitive analysis, and analytical tools.
• Commercial analysis or business planning experience, ideally with knowledge of Germany, France, Canada, Italy, Spain, or the UK.
