Product Manager - Online Banking Platforms

What you will do

• Set strategy and goals for assigned Treasury Management, Merchant Services, or Commercial Card products.
• Lead the development, implementation, enhancement, and commercialization of digital banking products across web, mobile, SFTP, and API channels.
• Evaluate product competitiveness, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor profitability and product performance, recommending actions to improve results.
• Coordinate Marketing, Information Technology, Bank Operations, vendors, Treasury Management Sales, and training resources.
• Support sales teams and clients with complex product solutions while managing day-to-day business risks and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• At least 5 years of related professional experience.
• Experience in general banking and knowledge of commercial banking.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management, Merchant Services, or Commercial Card products.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
