Product Management Senior Manager - Consumer Rewards Cards (Fintech)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Cleveland, Ohio; Denver, Colorado; Charlotte, North Carolina; or Wilmington, Delaware.

Base salary: $123,200.00–$251,680.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Define the strategy for future premium consumer rewards card products and improve existing client offerings.
• Evaluate rewards, benefits, partnerships, pricing, and other product elements to compete profitably with premium cards.
• Build business cases using industry and internal data, market research, client feedback, and P&L analysis.
• Identify critical servicing, credit, digital, and customer experiences, distinguishing MVP needs from future requirements.
• Assess how relationship-based rewards can drive card acquisition and engagement.
• Lead product lines and product managers while managing delivery, risk, compliance, audit, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of industry experience and at least 5 years of management experience.
• Experience in product management, product development, marketing, sales, customer solutions, and strategy.
• Ability to analyze financial results, market data, customer insights, and competitive trends.
• Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, digital delivery, operations, risk, compliance, and other internal partners.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
