Product Manager I-Credit Card Acquisition (Fintech)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Wilmington, DE; or Philadelphia, PA, United States

Salary: $63,750.00–$116,875.00 base salary annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead credit card initiatives supporting marketing technology programs.
• Research and document existing system journeys and integrations to inform enhancement proposals.
• Review, analyze, and support the design, development, promotion, pricing, and rollout of new and existing products.
• Analyze product, technology, market, and third-party requirements to develop product features and enhancements.
• Track project deliverables and milestones while coordinating with internal and external partners throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor product results, coordinate reporting, and recommend modifications to improve performance while supporting risk, compliance, and audit activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience or knowledge in product management, product development, marketing, sales, and customer solutions.
• Capabilities in business analysis, data gathering, decision-making, design thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.
• Ability to work in an office location in Pittsburgh, Wilmington, or Philadelphia.
