Digital Channels Development Program Associate

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at 626 Washington Place.

What you will do

• Support Product Managers in designing, developing, and enhancing digital banking experiences.
• Document product features, user requirements, and enhancements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze digital channel performance, customer usage trends, and market insights to support product decisions.
• Support initiatives that improve customer experience and increase adoption of digital channels.
• Participate in product testing, identify defects, and support implementation of new features and system updates.
• Assist with third-party vendor evaluation, project documentation, timelines, and digital strategy activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree: BA or BS required.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools, along with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
