Projected annual compensation: $114,446.87–$199,035.68.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, test, deploy, and enhance mission-critical software, applications, and web services.
• Design software concepts, architectures, detailed designs, and system-level requirements.
• Develop automated test scripts, troubleshoot software defects, and improve system resilience.
• Support configuration management, information security, governance, data integrity, and legacy data migration planning.
• Recommend cloud infrastructure requirements based on capacity planning, performance, and mission goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and users to define use cases, analyze feedback, and prioritize enhancements.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required and must be maintainable.
• At least eight years of experience executing software development activities.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years, master’s degree with 6–8 years, or PhD with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in computer science, computer information systems, or computer engineering.
• Experience with software development technologies, testing, technical documentation, and coding standards.
• Ability to participate in peer reviews and learn new coding constructs and infrastructure configurations.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting software development activities or projects within the Intelligence Community.
• Active software engineering or development certification.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms and hosting requirements.
• Knowledge of administration and integration tools, application servers, DevOps tools, encryption protocols, operating systems, and web application programming.
