Project Controls Scheduler (Renewable Energy)

Location: United States – Tennessee – Knoxville; a remote work assignment may be considered.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain critical path logic networks, bar charts, and resource- and cost-loaded schedules.
• Update project schedules monthly and report schedule status to project staff and management.
• Provide project controls expertise, including cost reporting, forecasting, and progress reporting.
• Review and prepare change orders and maintain change order logs.
• Support subcontractor bidding and maintain positive business relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in scheduling and cost controls.
• Ability to review confidential U.S. security information.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing issued by the resident state.
• Strong organizational, communication, technical presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility for on-call support or varied schedules may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Primavera P6, general construction scheduling, construction sequencing, and logic.
• Government construction experience.
• Renewable energy construction scheduling experience.
• Engineering, technical, or industry-related education.
