Patient Service Representative (Dermatology)

Location: Nashua, NH, United States. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Greet patients and support a welcoming dermatology clinic experience.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and provide general information.
• Complete patient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Schedule appointments and enter and track referrals.
• Scan, index, and file documentation.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of reception tasks, clinic policies and procedures, and paperwork.
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
