Warehouse Support Specialist (Blue Yonder/Logistics): Managing equipment receiving, inventory, shipment preparation, repair and disposal processing, and warehouse reporting for DoD customer environments with an accent on inventory control, automated warehouse management, and shipment quality assurance. Focus on operating warehouse equipment, integrating with government multi-contractor teams, and maintaining accurate logistics records.
Location: Ashburn, Virginia, United States; onsite warehouse operations

What you will do
- Accept equipment at the dock and receive, store, pick, pack, and ship inventory.
- Use the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System for configuration management, inventory control, processing, and reporting.
- Process materials for repair or warranty evaluation and disposal.
- Perform quality control for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts; obtain Raymond Lift certification within the first 30 days.
- Prepare and distribute weekly status, monthly status, and weekly activity reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or associate degree with at least 3 years of warehouse management and logistics experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of logistics analysis experience.
- Experience in integrated logistics support, including warehouse management, logistics planning, provisioning, supply support, inventory control, logistics information systems, or maintenance requirements analysis.
- Experience working with Department of Defense customers and integrating effectively with government multi-contractor teams.
- Active Secret US Government Clearance required.
- US citizenship is required to maintain the Secret Clearance.
- Ability to work independently under team-lead supervision in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to have
- Military experience in a supply career management field.
- Experience in supply, stockroom, warehouse, and inventory operations.
- Experience supporting warehouse functions for network infrastructure equipment.
- Experience packaging and handling items for storage and shipping.
