What you will do
- Participate in equipment criticality assessments and Reliability Centred Maintenance studies.
- Update maintenance schedules and manage End-of-Life Replacement schedules in SAP/CMMS.
- Ensure critical equipment is supported by effective maintenance schedules and tactics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on maintenance, rotable, warranty, and repairable asset performance.
- Monitor KPIs including rotable availability, turnaround times, repair costs, warranty recovery, and backlog status.
- Maintain engineering, maintenance, and OEM documentation while supporting engineering projects and procurement activities.
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science.
- Completed Planner Asset Management training modules or equivalent.
- Completed an apprenticeship or learnership and qualified as an Artisan, or possess suitable technical qualifications and experience.
- 3–5 years of planned maintenance or production experience in the mining or process industry.
- Valid Code B driver's licence.
- Ability to work at the Mokopane, South Africa location.
