What you will do
- Develop innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
- Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses.
- Build process capability and control systems.
- Define equipment standards and lead process benchmarking and reapplication.
- Build technical troubleshooting and process improvement capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience in a mechanical or electrical process role.
- Leadership mentality and the ability to prioritize autonomously.
