Senior Manager, Strategy & Investor Relations

Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Audubon, Pennsylvania, United States; travel is required as needed for investor meetings, conferences, and company events.

What you will do

• Support the investor relations plan, working calendar, earnings cycles, investor meetings, conferences, and related activities.
• Develop earnings releases, presentations, prepared remarks, anticipated questions, executive briefings, and supporting financial analyses.
• Coordinate earnings preparation schedules, internal reviews, rehearsals, call logistics, service providers, and approved publication materials.
• Analyze shareholder ownership, institutional flows, investor profiles, analyst research, consensus estimates, peer performance, valuation, and industry developments.
• Coordinate the drafting, review, approval, and publication of internal and external press releases, including product launches.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, Business Development, executive, and other business teams to ensure accurate messaging, compliance, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field, including public-company investor communications and earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, capital markets, institutional investment decisions, and consensus expectations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus experience with investor intelligence platforms, financial research tools, and contact management systems.
• Excellent writing, presentation, stakeholder coordination, judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Audubon, Pennsylvania and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• MBA or CFA designation.
• Medical technology or broader healthcare sector experience.
• Working knowledge of Regulation FD, material nonpublic information, forward-looking statements, and public-company disclosure practices.
