VP, Investment Management (Real Estate)

Salary: $275,000–$325,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Manage investment oversight, portfolio performance, business plan execution, and value-enhancement initiatives across global real estate investments.
• Support underwriting, expected return analysis, performance attribution, valuation, and sensitivity analysis.
• Manage relationships with third-party general partners, operators, consultants, and service providers.
• Lead disposition activities and support hold/sell decisions, recapitalizations, refinancings, and other capital events.
• Prepare quarterly reports, investor-facing analyses, investment committee materials, and ad hoc presentations.
• Collaborate with capital markets, finance, tax, legal, investor relations, and internal real estate teams while improving reporting and automation workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, real estate, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in real estate investments, investment management, portfolio management, private equity, investment banking, or related investing roles.
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills, including IRR, MoC, discounted cash flow, and sensitivity analysis.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong judgment, organization, leadership capabilities, integrity, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with real estate secondaries.
• Familiarity with Argus, Power BI, Anaplan, or similar reporting tools.
