Head of Investor Relations

hirify.global’s Finance & Accounting – FP&A department is establishing an investor relations function.

What you will do

• Build engagement programs and long-term relationships with current and prospective investors and sell-side analysts.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, earnings calls, investor presentations, the investor relations website, and external communications.
• Support accurate, consistent, timely public disclosures in partnership with Finance and Legal.
• Monitor investor feedback, analyst perspectives, valuation trends, peer performance, and market developments for executive leadership and the board.
• Coordinate investor relations activities across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Product, Communications, and executive leadership.
• Establish the calendars, processes, materials, and internal controls for an effective investor relations program.

Requirements

• Significant investor relations experience, including work within or advising a publicly traded company.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, corporate guidance, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and public-company reporting.
• Ability to explain complex business models, strategic initiatives, and financial performance to investors and analysts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior leadership, board-level interactions, and public messaging.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling material nonpublic information and sensitive disclosures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or leading a company through a public-market transition.
• MBA, CFA designation, or equivalent professional credentials.
• Experience with SaaS or high-growth technology valuation metrics.
• Experience using GenAI workflows for messaging, competitive intelligence, and investor feedback analysis while maintaining data governance.
