Strategy & Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze operational performance and product data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support process and strategic initiatives through research, user and team insights, quantitative analysis, scenario modelling, and structured problem-solving.
• Own the measurement layer for product initiatives by identifying data sources, pulling metrics, and tracking KPIs from product and business requirements.
• Build dashboards, reports, trackers, and decision-support tools that improve visibility and enable data-driven decisions.
• Turn ambiguous questions into structured problems, actionable recommendations, and clear decision documents.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects from problem definition and analysis through recommendation and execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, research, operations, technology, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills; SQL is required.
• Experience structuring ambiguous problems and breaking them into manageable pieces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ownership, attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to work independently.
• Genuine interest in the mission and creating real-world impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with pandas and Python or with tabular data such as CSV and TSV files.
• Ability to move between spreadsheets, research, team conversations, and strategy.
• A bias toward action, strong communication of complex ideas, and an interest in building systems and solving unfamiliar problems.
