Production Support Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the Franklin, New Hampshire manufacturing facility; first shift.

What you will do

• Deliver parts to production-floor point-of-use and cell locations using Just-In-Time and Plan For Every Part processes.
• Manage Kanban cards, stock materials, prepare cartons and bins, and remove empty containers and dunnage.
• Perform and audit production inventory transactions in SFDC, cycle counts, scale-based piece counts, and material audits.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across production and warehouse material locations using FIFO handling.
• Provide shipping and receiving coverage and fill in on the production line when needed.
• Follow housekeeping, PPE, environmental, safety, attendance, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control or a process-flow manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with computers and database systems, math, and scale operations.
• Ability to obtain a tow motor license and operate tow motors within the plant.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the manufacturing floor, and lift and push or pull up to 25 pounds.
• Successful employment eligibility verification, background checks, and required pre-employment testing are conditions of employment.
