Inventory Control Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Chester, Pennsylvania, United States; on-site, Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts

What you will do

• Perform daily cycle counts, report discrepancies, and make minor inventory adjustments.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to resolve inventory accuracy issues.
• Maintain alignment between the ERP system and Cogiscan and Kardex.
• Support annual inventory audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with the disposal of obsolete or excess inventory and perform additional duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, material handling, or warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse bin and location mapping, location management, inventory auditing, and resolving misplaced inventory.
• Understanding of warehouse slotting, material organization, inventory management, cycle counting, and part numbering.
• Forklift certification and demonstrated experience safely operating powered industrial equipment are required.
• Strong math, communication, organizational, collaboration, adaptability, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint; effective communication in English.
