Cycle Counter (Manufacturing)

Location: Dayton, MN, United States; onsite. Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Salary: $17.20–$31.90 per hour, with potential eligibility for additional incentives.

What you will do

• Conduct cycle counts, post count results, and investigate and reconcile ihirify.globalory variances.
• Identify root causes of ihirify.globalory discrepancies and participate in corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other shifts to maintain ihirify.globalory accuracy and monitor weekly and monthly counting targets.
• Communicate progress to leadership and coordinate ihirify.globalory audits with finance and auditors.
• Perform third-party cycle counts remotely from Dayton.
• Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, JD Edwards, and internet tools.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures, with the ability to promote compliance.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, workload organization, and self-directed execution.
• Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and work in a high-pressure environment.

• Forklift experience.
