Inventory Control Coordinator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Monitor and record inventory levels to maintain accurate stock records and prevent loss.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and customer orders.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, correct errors, and conduct cycle counts and regular audits.
• Maintain sufficient stock for operational needs and customer demand while minimizing overstocking and waste.
• Coordinate material flow and schedules with purchasing, production, and other internal departments.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, self-motivation, follow-through, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and stand, sit, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours per day.
