Salary: USD 145,000–160,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead the U.S. Scheduling organization and develop its strategic vision.
• Drive sales results, operational excellence, service delivery, and customer responsiveness.
• Optimize organizational design, workload balancing, resource allocation, and planning workflows.
• Define performance metrics, service levels, productivity measures, and operational KPIs.
• Use automation, workflow technologies, AI-enabled tools, reporting platforms, and digital solutions to improve productivity.
• Recruit, coach, and develop managers and team members while leading organizational change and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, planning, service delivery, supply chain, or related functions.
• Experience with process redesign, performance management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience implementing technology-driven operational improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer advocacy experience, and success leading large teams through organizational change.
