Business Planning Manager for Solutions and Growth (Poly)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $116,150–$182,400 annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end demand, supply, and execution planning across the Poly portfolio.
• Improve conversion, backlog management, customer fulfillment reliability, lead times, and inventory health.
• Drive prioritization and allocation decisions across products, channels, and customers in constrained environments.
• Develop KPIs, reporting, and performance visibility to identify execution gaps and business risks.
• Implement process improvements, automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven planning insights.
• Coordinate priorities, risks, and trade-offs across supply chain, category, finance, customer operations, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations.
• Strong experience in demand and supply planning and business planning roles.
• Experience working in complex, global, and cross-functional environments.
• Advanced supply chain planning and execution expertise with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, influence stakeholders, and translate business needs into actionable planning strategies.
