Location: Hamilton, ON — 21 King St. W; full-time on-site, Monday to Friday

Annual base salary: $49,440–$57,790 CAD, plus eligibility for a discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Support Investment Advisors at hirify.global Wood Gundy in managing client portfolios.
• Engage directly with high-net-worth clients and improve their overall client experience.
• Identify business opportunities and support business development activities.
• Assist with investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Build community relationships through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Current Registered Representative accreditation in good standing with CIRO Investment Dealer
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work on-site in Hamilton
• 3–5 years of brokerage industry experience.
• Working knowledge of quotation equipment.
• Strong client service, communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to support investment advising, portfolio management, and business development activities.
