Location: On-site full-time, Monday through Friday, at Hamilton-21 King St. W, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

Annual base salary: $48,880–$56,980 CAD, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Work closely with Investment Advisors at hirify.global Wood Gundy to manage client portfolios and support business development.
• Engage directly with high-net-worth clients, provide ongoing support, and proactively improve the client experience.
• Identify business opportunities and assist with investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Build client relationships through communication, local events, marketing, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Current Registered Representative accreditation in good standing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization – Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).
• 3–5 years of brokerage industry experience.
• Working knowledge of various quotation equipment.
• Strong client engagement, communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
