EC&I Design Engineer (Bilfinger nZero)

What you will do

• Take ownership of control and instrumentation and electrical elements within project design packages.
• Deliver EC&I designs to the required quality, schedule, and budget.
• Create risk assessments and method statements when required.
• Coordinate interface design with mechanical, process, software, and CAD disciplines.
• Attend client design reviews and progress meetings.
• Prepare formal safety assessment and operations and maintenance documentation, peer-review designs, and contribute to design working groups.

Requirements

• Minimum HNC or HND in EC&I engineering or an associated discipline.
• Knowledge of the project design life cycle.
• Experience working in a structured design engineering environment.
• Experience producing designs for the oil and gas industry.

Nice to have

• Experience producing EC&I designs for hazardous-area applications.
• Working knowledge of ATEX regulations.
