Recruitment Partner - EMEA

Location: Warsaw, Poland — hybrid work environment. Travel: 0–10%.

What you will do

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment, including briefing, posting, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers across several countries and provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Proactively source candidates and build long-term relationships with potential job-seekers.
• Educate hiring managers on recruitment processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Operations teams to resolve recruitment, hiring, and system issues.
• Escalate issues when required and manage multiple cases involving sensitive information.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling full-cycle end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills required.
• Experience with HR systems and willingness to learn new processes.
• Ability to work with remote stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Nice to have

• Additional European language proficiency, preferably Spanish or Italian.
• Experience in the SSC or BPO sector.
