Talent Acquisition Partner with French

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles across multiple locations, with a main focus on French-speaking recruitment activities in Switzerland.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct search and indirect sourcing channels.
• Coach and influence hiring managers and support hiring decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders as a first point of contact for recruitment problem-solving and consulting.
• Contribute to strategic projects related to employer branding, process improvement, and technology.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Relevant experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, organizational behavior, and business processes.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent French and English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and flexibility in dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting across Europe.
• Experience with technical, chemical, or manufacturing roles.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Willingness to pursue HR or business certifications and advanced courses.
